A liquid multivitamin formula, complete and balanced, includes beta-carotene, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, D3, E and folic acid. This product helps prevent and compensate for deficiencies that undermine your energy and weaken your immune system.
Dosage:
Children (1 to 8 years old): 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily.
Adolescent (9 to 18 years old): 2 teaspoons (10 ml) daily.
Adult: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily.
Take preferably with breakfast.
Can be mixed with a juice.
